We are a family of 5 who have lived in southern New Jersey our entire life. My wife and I enjoyed ocean city with our families growing up, loved spending our summer vacation with our kids at ocean city when they were young and continue to love Ocean City time with our teenage kids.

Why the Gatesman's chose the Gold Coast Area

We are excited to share our home with you. Our home is just south of more active section of the boardwalk whch allows you to be away from the hustle and bustleon the quiet section of the boards but still close (1 boardwalk block) to the action.  You can truly park you car for the week and relax on the beach, and walk/bike to everythign you need.  We paid attention to every detail as we wanted to create our dream beachhouse and maxmise the perfect beachfront location on the island
